1. Booking
Bookings can be made online via our website, or by email or telephone.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount may be required (to be paid by bank transfer or cash).
The booking is only considered valid upon receipt of confirmation from us.
2. Prices
Prices are per room, per night, and include VAT, bed linen and towels.
The tourist tax of €1 per person per night is not included and must be paid in cash before check-out.
3. Cancellations and No Shows
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained.
Early departures do not entitle guests to a refund.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3 p.m.
Check-out: by 11 a.m.
Different times can be agreed in advance, subject to availability.
5. Payments
The balance of the stay must be paid at check-in.
We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer or via Satispay/PayPal.
6. House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Pets are allowed with a supplement of €10.00 for the entire duration of the stay.
Guests are asked to respect the quiet hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) and to take care of the rooms and furnishings.
7. Liability
We accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left unattended in rooms or common areas.
Each guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings or other guests.
